OKAY SO… My Monitor died today. It refused to turn itself on properly at first (and that’s been going on for a while now, so I had to keep turning it off and on a couple of times before it would actually do anything that I wanted it to… ) but soon after it just stopped working completely. What did I do? Well for a bit I sulked and headdesked… then I put on some pants and went into town (woohoo for a 30 mins walk) to the nearest shop with electric devices. Got the cheapest monitor they had and while I was at it, I got me a new webcam! WOOHOO! NOW… My problem with this new screen is the colors… they are so goddamn… WEIRD… jesus christ! I tried adjusting the colors, but it just doesn’t seem to work properly? I’ve been playing around with the settings for a while, but nothing really pleases me… AND OH LAWD, not only is this thing BROAD AS FUCK, I’m currently looking at Deviantart art FFFT IT LOOKS SO AWFULLY GREEN. LIKE PUKE GREEN GAAAAHHH! I’ve been looking through my old art andf it all just seems like there is a green tint on it… fuck me… I’m honestly hoping that it’s just my eyes that are fucking with my brain right now, and in the end it’s just me having to get used to it. I really hope it’s that. So for now I’ll just… live with it, I guess. On a happy note, I really like the new webcam. The quality is just SO MUCH BETTER than my old one. AWEYEAH! Love the cam! (though I keep thinking that the picture has this greenish/yellowish tint //HISSSSSS) ….. and again I am reminded how boyish I look…
